Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Tags must still be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging.
• Items that show signs of wear may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Bodysuits
• Accessories (scarves, jewelry, handbags, etc.)
• Final sale items

Refunds & Fees

• Returns for a refund are subject to a $6 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund total.
• Returns for store credit or exchange do not incur a return fee.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for the same item when in stock. Simply select “Exchange” when submitting your return request in the portal.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items, but are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for it to be reviewed. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days of return acceptance.
