Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times for international orders vary but typically take 7–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We get to work on your order quickly, so changes (like address updates or item swaps) aren’t guaranteed. Please email us at customerservice@blankwardrobe.com within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our best sellers do return. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when your fave pieces are back.
My item was damaged?
While this is rare, in the shipping process if your item arrives to you damaged please contact customerservice@blankwardrobe.com within 10 days of receiving your order to report the issue and we will be in touch with you directly to resolve the issue.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
The items that are on the site are what's currently available. Out of stock items do not typically appear for sale on the site. However, if after placing your order your item is not in stock, someone from customer service will be in touch with you directly to resolve the issue.
How much sales tax will be on my order?
All orders shipping to Georgia will be charged a sales tax, as required by law. The tax will automatically appear on the checkout page.
