Do you ship internationally?

We don't ship internationally at the moment, but will soon! We are working on a shipping strategy that will allow for cheaper/more affordable shipping. Stay tuned!

 

I have a question about my order, who do I contact?

Please contact us at customerservice@blankwardrobe.com. Someone will be with you within 24hrs.

 

How much sales tax will be on my order?

All orders shipping to Georgia will be charged a sales tax, as required by law. The tax will automatically appear on the checkout page.

 

What happens if my item is out of stock?

The items that are on the site are what's currently available. Out of stock items do not typically appear for sale on the site. However, if after placing your order your item is not in stock, someone from customer service will be in touch with you directly to resolve the issue.

 

My item was damaged?

While this is rare, in the shipping process if your item arrives to you damaged please contact customerservice@blankwardrobe.com within 10 days of receiving your order to report the issue and we will be in touch with you directly to resolve the issue.
