For domestic orders, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us without contacting customer service first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return is accepted or declined. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and we will follow up with instructions on how to use your credit.
Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, if you need to exchange it for the same item because it was not the right size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, contact us at email@example.com so that we can generate your return label. We will e-mail you a return label to return your product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
