Shipping and Delivery

We ship with care, speed, and attention to detail. Below is everything you need to know about shipping timelines, rates, and policies.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (business days only).
  • Free ground shipping is available for orders over $100.
  • Ground orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited options (2-Day, Next Day) are available at checkout and calculated based on weight and location.

International Shipping

  • We now offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or international fees incurred.
  • Please allow extra time for customs clearance when ordering internationally.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us within 7 days at customerservice@blankwardrobe.com. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package and contacting the carrier.

While BLANKWardrobe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, we’re happy to investigate the issue and offer support wherever possible. We may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
